My favourite mushroom is the Chanterelle, or Kantarell Svamp as it is called in Swedish. This is another vey Swedish print, as the Kantarell mushroom is so closely associated with the end of summer and start of autumn in Sweden. Many people Swedish people who live further up north in the country, love to go out into the woods and pick them. They look like pieces of gold on the ground.
