This Pink Lotus Garden is filled with lotus flowers, goldfish, temple trees, lanterns and bamboo. Inspired by classic chinoiserie prints, Pink Lotus is my personal take on traditional Chinese illustration. When I was growing up in Beijing I took a few Chinese calligraphy classes over the years and learned how to draw with ink on traditional and very thin scroll paper. This print is very inspired by what I learned there, but with my own take on this particular style. This print is designed for interiors and fashion, to be printed on wallpaper and different kinds of fabrics.
